Community Information

The City of Snoqualmie also provides police services to the City of North Bend since 2014. Officers find our patrol schedule (5 on, 5 off, 5 on, 4 off) appealing. In addition, we have our own underground 6 lane shooting range. Internal specialties include detectives and school resource officer. We are also a member of the Coalition of Small Cities and Major Crimes Task Force, both of which provide opportunities for personal development as an officer.

Hiring Status

The eligibility list is a continuous listing and maintained as scores are received from PST with oral board interviews conducted on an as-needed basis. Vacancies are filled by Civil Service "rule of five" with the top five candidates forwarded to the appointing authority for background investigation & selection as vacancies occur.



Salary Information

Wage: $39.53 - $52.84/hour, DOE, plus benefits
